时至年末岁首,笔者在重庆一些煤矿企业采访时了解到,眼下一线班组职工有“八盼”。这“八盼”是:一盼企业产量冲刺不要忽视安全。有的“头头”为了多完成生产任务、多增加收入,不惜违背操作规范,盲目冲刺产量,乃至忽视安全生产。二盼企业领导不要为了考核指标,违犯《劳动法》等法律法规,要求班组长随意安排职工加班加点。三盼班组长不要“买卖班”。有的班组长有病有事,拿钱找人替班,而有的企业领导只要机器不停,工作有人干,就不管岗位上是谁。这容易造成工伤事故。四盼少一点会议。班组长的主要精力应放在基层安全生产上。五盼少一点检查。频繁的检查使班组长根本无暇顾及日常的安全工作。
By the end of the year, the author learned in an interview with some coal mining enterprises in Chongqing that front-line workers now have “eight expectations.” This “eight hope” is: a hope that production sprint do not ignore safety. Some “leaders” in order to complete more production tasks, increase revenue, at the expense of operating practices, blindly sprint production, and even ignore the safety in production. Two hope business leaders do not in order to assess indicators, violation of “Labor Law” and other laws and regulations, team leaders are required to arrange staff to work overtime. Three hope team leader do not “trading classes.” Some team leaders sick, money to find someone for the shift, and some business leaders as long as the machine kept working, there are people who do, no matter who is on the job. This can easily lead to work-related injuries. Four hope less meeting. Team leader’s main energy should be placed on grass-roots safety in production. Five hope less check. Frequent checks make the team leader no time to take into account the daily safety work.
