为了解决含有高浓度锡离子、苯酚磺酸和苯酚等污染物的冷轧镀锡废水难以处理的问题,研究建立了混凝沉淀与微波诱导Cu Ox/Si CT-H2O2催化氧化深度处理联合工艺。研究表明:混凝沉淀可完全去除冷轧镀锡废水中的锡离子;微波催化氧化技术对废水中的主要有机污染物苯酚磺酸和苯酚的去除率均超过95%,微波辐射15 min,COD和TOC去除率分别达96%和98%。同时,以碳化硅管为基材的Cu Ox/Si CT催化剂在微波体系中呈现出高效的催化性能并可实现多次循环使用。
In order to solve the problem that cold-rolled tin-plating wastewater containing high concentrations of tin ions, phenolsulfonic acid and phenol and other pollutants is difficult to handle, a combined process of coagulation and microwave-induced catalytic oxidation of Cu Ox / Si CT-H2O2 was developed. The results show that the coagulation and sedimentation can completely remove the tin ions in the cold-rolled tinning wastewater. The microwave catalytic oxidation technology can remove more than 95% of the phenolsulfonic acid and phenol from the wastewater, 15 min after microwave irradiation, And TOC removal rates were 96% and 98% respectively. Meanwhile, the Cu Ox / Si CT catalyst based on silicon carbide tube shows high catalytic performance in microwave system and can be recycled for many times.
