通过运用正交试验,在发展足球运动员12分钟跑能力的训练中,有效地提高了成绩,结果表明发展有氧代谢能力是提高12分钟跑的前提条件,采用杠铃练习应放在训练之前。
Through the use of orthogonal test, we effectively improved the performance of football players in 12-minute training. The results showed that the development of aerobic metabolism is the prerequisite for 12-minute training, and the bar-training should be put before training.
