In order to estimate the erosion rate of some divertor materials, a new method of describing the sputtering physics was used to calculate the divertor materials based on the double group model of ion transport: molybdenum, tungsten and lithium in the fusion charged particles H +, D + The sputter yields under T + and He ++ bombardments were compared with those calculated by the Monte-Carlo method.
