目的建立麻仁软胶囊中多组分HPLC测定方法,对7种成分进行测定。方法采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(75∶25),检测波长254 nm。结果和厚朴酚在78.48~523.20 ng,厚朴酚在141.60~944.00 ng,芦荟大黄素在43.00~258.00 ng,大黄酸在37.80~226.80 ng,大黄素在58.00~348.00 ng,大黄酚在67.8~406.8 ng,大黄素甲醚在48.00~288.00 ng线性关系良好。结论该方法准确可靠,可用于麻仁软胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of seven components in Maren soft capsule. Methods Diamonsil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (75:25) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The results showed that honokiol was between 78.48 and 523.20 ng, honokiol between 141.60 and 944.00 ng, aloe-emodin 43.00 and 258.00 ng, rhein 37.80 and 226.80 ng, emodin 58.00 and 348.00 ng, 406.8 ng, the linear relationship between the physico-chemical properties of emodin and 48.00-288.00 ng was good. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Maren soft capsules.
