采用定点定位的方法 ,经 4年研究不同树龄茶树根际固氮菌组成及多样性。结果表明 :茶树根际固氮菌可分为三大类型 ,其中青壮龄茶树根际固氮菌种类数为 10个 ,最丰富 ,衰老茶树根际固氮菌种类数为 5个 ,最少 ;对群落多样性指数H’、均匀度指数R、优势度指数D测定 :青壮年茶树根际固氮菌H’、R值 >幼龄茶树 >老龄茶树 >衰老茶树 ,而D值则为衰老茶树 >老龄茶树 >幼龄茶树 >青壮年茶树。本文还对根际固氮菌空间分布进行了研究。
Using fixed-point positioning method, we studied the composition and diversity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in rhizosphere of tea plants of different ages after 4 years. The results showed that Azotobacter rhizosphere could be divided into three types. Among them, the number of Azotobacter was the highest in the Rhizosphere of the young-age tea, the number of Azotobacter in the rhizosphere was the highest, and the number was the least. Sex index H ’, evenness index R and dominance index D were determined: azotobacter rhizosphere azalea H’, R value> young tea tree> aged tea tree> aged tea tree, while D value was aged tea tree> aged tea tree> Young tea tree> young tea tree. The paper also studied the spatial distribution of azotobacter in rhizosphere.
