在许多生产部门中常使用由同步电动机拖动的同型号的气缸水平排列的活塞式压缩机。这种活塞式压缩机的机构特点是质量不平衡,其惯性力所造成的土壤的水平振动波及到距振源很远的地方(有时达1公里以上),引起厂房和建筑物的振动。惯性力和作用在土壤上的惯性力机构产生的影响,在文献〔1〕中已有所叙述。从现场进行的研究表明,土壤是按谐波定律振动的。当一台压缩机工作时,土壤的位移可用下列等式表示:
In many production sectors, the same type of cylinder-type piston compressors that are driven by a synchronous motor are often used. This type of piston compressor is characterized by an unbalanced mass. The horizontal vibrations of the soil due to its inertial forces are spread far enough from the vibration source (sometimes over 1 km) to cause vibration of the plant and building. The effects of inertial forces and inertial forces acting on the soil have been described in reference [1]. Research conducted from the field shows that the soil vibrates in accordance with the law of harmonics.
