流体渗流通过湿饱和多孔层的突破现象, 在多孔介质传热传质中具有普遍性. 突破压力是反映流体渗流通过多孔介质固有特性的特征压力. 用实验方法测定了湿饱和窄筛分松散沙的突破压力, 得到了突破压力随多孔层厚度变化的关系曲线. 实验与分析表明: 对于足够厚的颗粒堆积层, 突破压力与厚度无关. 而当多孔层的厚度减小至某个临界厚度之后, 突破压力将随厚度的减小而迅速降低, 其变化遵循统一的标度律.
The breakthrough of fluid seepage through the wet saturated porous layer is universal in the heat and mass transfer of porous media.The breakthrough pressure is the characteristic pressure that reflects the inherent characteristics of fluid percolation through the porous media.The wet saturated narrow-screen loose sand The breakthrough pressure is obtained and the relationship between the breakthrough pressure and the thickness of the porous layer is obtained.Experiments and analyzes show that the breakthrough pressure is independent of the thickness for a sufficiently thick particle buildup layer.When the thickness of the porous layer decreases to a certain critical thickness , Breakthrough pressure will decrease rapidly with the decrease of thickness, the change follows a unified scale law.
