甘露醇辅小剂量地塞米松治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的疗效观察

目的探讨甘露醇辅小剂量地塞米松治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效。方法对我院2007年9月至2008年10月住院治疗的80例急性感染性喉炎患儿,随机分为对照组、治疗组。治疗组给予20%甘露醇2.5ml/kg,12h1次静脉推注,对照组给予地塞米松0.5mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,两组均辅地塞米松0.2mg/(kg.d)加生理盐水2ml,以氧气驱动雾化吸入,1次/d。结果应用甘露醇辅小剂量地塞米松治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎,能迅速缓解患儿呼吸困难症状,在吸气性喉鸣消失时间、犬吠样咳嗽消失时间、声嘶消失时间明显优于对照组,疗效突出,大幅减少皮质激素的不良反应,减少患儿的反复易感性,有明显的优势。结论甘露醇辅小剂量地塞米松治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎,起效快,疗效显著,能大幅降低皮质激素的用量及不良反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mannitol plus low dose dexamethasone in the treatment of acute infection laryngitis in children. Conclusion Mannitol plus a small dose of dexamethasone in children with acute infectious laryngitis, rapid onset, significant effect, can significantly reduce the amount of corticosteroids and adverse reactions.
