目的了解白云区2008年-2012年游泳池水水质卫生状况及变化趋势,为进一步提高游泳池水卫生质量提供科学依据。方法按照GB/T18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对白云区210间次游泳池抽取883份水样,检测pH值、游离性余氯、尿素、浑浊度、细菌总数和大肠菌群6项指标,并进行卫生评价。结果白云区2008年-2012年游泳池水质监测总合格率为72.82%。各年度合格率分别为65.28%、80.13%、64.45%、77.16%和77.78%,经卡方检验(χ2=19.786,P<0.01)有统计学意义。浑浊度、大肠菌群合格率较高,均为100%,其次为细菌总数、尿素和pH值,合格率分别为97.40%、96.72%和96.14%。游离性余氯合格率最低,为78.94%,经卡方检验(χ2=25.648,P<0.01)有统计学意义。结论广州市白云区游泳池水水质卫生状况不容乐观,应加强游泳池卫生管理,规范其经营行为,确保水质卫生状况良好,为白云区公共卫生安全提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the sanitary status and changing trend of swimming pool water quality in Baiyun District from 2008 to 2012 and provide scientific basis for further improving the hygiene quality of swimming pool water. Methods Totally 883 water samples were collected from 210 secondary swimming pools in Baiyun District according to GB / T18204-2000 “Hygiene Standard Test Method for Public Places”. The pH, free residual chlorine, urea, turbidity, total bacteria and coliform Indicators, and health evaluation. Results The total qualified rate of swimming pool water quality monitoring in Baiyun District from 2008 to 2012 was 72.82%. The pass rates in each year were 65.28%, 80.13%, 64.45%, 77.16% and 77.78%, respectively. The chi square test (χ2 = 19.786, P <0.01) was statistically significant. Turbidity and coliform were higher, both of which were 100%, followed by the total number of bacteria, urea and pH, the pass rates were 97.40%, 96.72% and 96.14% respectively. Free residual chlorine pass rate of the lowest, 78.94%, by chi-square test (χ2 = 25.648, P <0.01) was statistically significant. Conclusion The water quality of swimming pool in Baiyun District of Guangzhou is not optimistic. The hygienic management of swimming pool should be strengthened to regulate the operation of the swimming pool and ensure good sanitary conditions of water quality and provide a scientific basis for public hygiene and safety in Baiyun District.
