目的：了解华南理工大学校医工作者的心理健康状况。方法：应用心理健康测查表（MMH）调查了华工大67名校医。结果：心理问题检出率28.4％，其中较严重的神经症倾向16．4％；与高校教工比较，校医抑郁分值及抑郁症检出率有显著性差异。结论：校医自身要加强心理卫生修养，社会和高校管理者应重视校医心理健康问题，并建立良好的社会支持系统。
Objective: To understand the mental health status of medical workers in South China University of Technology. Methods: A total of 67 Chinese University of Hong Kong physicians were investigated using Mental Health Checklist (MMH). Results: The detection rate of psychological problems was 28.4%, of which the more serious neurosis tended to be 16.4%. Compared with college teachers, there was a significant difference in the scores of school medical students’ depression and depression. Conclusion: School physicians should strengthen mental health self-cultivation, social and university administrators should pay attention to the psychological health of school doctors and establish a good social support system.
