2007年5月份民航总局运输司、各地区管理局、民航总局消费者事务中心和中国航空运输协会共受理消费者投诉76件。其中有效投诉18件,无效投诉58件。有效投诉中,信函投诉9件,电话投诉7件,网上投诉2件。对航空公司的有效投诉14件,对机场的有效投诉0件,对销售代理人的有效投诉4件。有效投诉与去年同期(41件)相比减少23件,与上月(23件)相比减少5件。
In May 2007, Civil Aviation Administration of Transportation Division, the Regional Administration, the Civil Aviation Administration Consumer Affairs Center and China Air Transport Association handled a total of 76 consumer complaints. Among them, 18 were effective complaints and 58 were invalid complaints. In the effective complaint, there were 9 letter complaints, 7 complaint complaints and 2 online complaints. 14 effective complaints against airlines, 0 effective complaints against the airport and 4 valid complaints against the sales agents. The number of valid complaints decreased by 23 compared with the same period last year (41) and decreased by 5 compared with the previous month (23).
