目的 :观察不同途径、不同浓度、不同剂量乙醇对家兔血压、心率和微血管的影响。方法 :家兔 18只 ,平均分为 3组 ,A组从静脉注入 95 0 m l/ L 乙醇 ,B组注入 45 0 ml/ L,C组以 5 0 0 m l/ L 浓度经胃给予。三组都分别按每公斤体重 0 .5 ,1.0 ,1.5 ,2 .0 g计算给药量 ,并在每次给药后都观察血压、心率、眼结膜微血管口径及其血流速度。结果 :A组随乙醇量增加而血压降低 ,心率减慢 ,眼结膜微血管口径变大 ,血流速度变慢 ;B组随乙醇量增加血压先稍升高后降低 ,心率减慢 ,眼结膜微血管口径变大和血流速度减慢 ;C组随乙醇量增加血压先升高 ,达 2 .0 g/ kg时变为降低 ,心率加快 ,眼结膜微血管口径变大和血流变慢。结论 :不管高浓度或低浓度 ,不管静注或灌胃 ,当乙醇量达到一定程度时对心血管系统都有明显的影响。
Objective: To observe the effects of different routes, different concentrations and different doses of ethanol on blood pressure, heart rate and microvascular in rabbits. Methods: Eighteen rabbits were equally divided into three groups. Group A received intravenous injection of 95 0 ml / L ethanol, group B received 450 ml / L, and group C received 500 ml / L of stomach. CONCLUSIONS: Irrespective of high concentration or low concentration, no matter whether intravenous or intragastric administration, the cardiovascular system has a significant effect when the amount of ethanol reaches a certain level.
