抗币通常是指华中抗日根据地货币,其本质是不兑现的纸币,因而根据地货币的信用问题关系到根据地货币在民众间的认可度。本文论述了在战时环境下根据地货币主要以实物为发行准备从而稳定了货币币值,同时根据地政府又灵活地采取惩罚等措施来维护抗币的本位币地位。这两方面的做法对维护抗币的信用作用是十分明显的。 Anti-money usually refers to the currency of Huazhong Anti-Japanese Base. Its essence is non-redeemed paper currency. Therefore, the issue of the credit of the base currency relates to the recognition among the people in the base currency. This article discusses how to stabilize the monetary value of the base currency mainly in the form of issuance in wartime, and to safeguard the position of the counter-denominated currency by flexibly taking measures according to the local government. These two aspects of the practice of maintaining the credit function of the currency is very obvious.
