研究了阳离子单体———对 -乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵 (VBTAC)的合成路线及反应条件 ;实验结果表明 :在苯乙烯氯甲基化反应中 ,投料物质的量比为n(苯乙烯 )∶n(聚甲醛 )∶n(HCl)∶n(PCl3) =1.0∶2 .0∶1.0∶0 .3 ,每摩尔苯乙烯中催化剂的用量为 5 .0g,反应温度为 6 5℃ ,反应时间为 2h的条件下 ;对 -氯甲基苯乙烯产率为 87.5 % ;在对 -氯甲基苯乙烯季铵化反应中 ,n(对 -氯甲基苯乙烯 )∶n(三甲胺 ) =1.0∶1.5 ,反应温度为 30℃ ,反应时间为 1h时 ,VBTAC的产率可达10 0 % .由该方法制备VBTAC是可行的 .
The synthesis route and reaction conditions of the cationic monomer --- p-vinylbenzyltrimethylammonium chloride (VBTAC) were studied. In the quaternization of p-chloromethyl styrene, n (p-chloromethyl styrene) The yield of VBTAC is up to 100% when n (trimethylamine) = 1.0: 1.5, reaction temperature is 30 ℃ and reaction time is 1 h.The preparation of VBTAC by this method is feasible.
