蒸汽吞吐热采稠油井压裂,支撑剂将长期处于高温、碱液环境下,其性能将受到很大影响。对蒸汽吞吐热采条件下支撑剂的性能进行了实验研究,结果表明,支撑剂与碱液反应的活化能较高,反应速率常数对温度变化敏感,低温下反应慢,高温下反应速度显著加快。本文主要探讨深层稠油井筒化学降粘开采技术。
Steam huff and puff heat oil wells fracturing, proppants will be long-term high temperature, lye environment, its performance will be greatly affected. The experimental study on the performance of proppant under steam huff and puff was carried out. The results show that the activation energy of proppant reacts with alkali solution is high, the reaction rate constant is sensitive to temperature change, the reaction is slow at low temperature and the reaction speed is obviously accelerated at high temperature . This article mainly explores the chemical viscosity reduction mining technology of deep heavy oil wellbore.
