采用浸渍法在酸化处理过的凹凸棒石上负载Fe系和Ag系化合物,在N2条件下活化制备脱硫剂,通过正交试验进行模拟汽油中噻吩的脱硫工艺条件优化。结果表明:Fe系化合物含量12%,Ag系化合物含量2%,在N2保护的条件下300℃焙烧4h制备脱硫剂,在常温常压条件下,通过固定床脱硫,模拟汽油的噻吩含量从556×10-6降至平均106×10-6,脱硫率达到80.9%;铁和银氧化物活性中心有利于噻吩π电子键合。
The Fe-based and Ag-based compounds were loaded on the acid treated attapulgite by impregnation method. The desulfurization agent was activated under N2 and the desulfurization conditions of thiophene in simulated gasoline were optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the content of Fe compound is 12%, the content of Ag compound is 2%, and the desulfurizer is prepared by calcining at 300 ℃ for 4h under the protection of N2. The desulfurization is carried out by fixed bed under normal temperature and pressure conditions, × 10-6 down to an average of 106 × 10-6, desulfurization rate reached 80.9%; iron and silver oxide active center is conducive to thiophene π-electron bonding.
