介绍了目前国内大型机组汽温控制系统的现状,指出了存在的缺点与不足。用基于状态向量的方法,重新设计、组织了DCS汽温预测控制系统的控制策略,并对构成状态向量中的子模块进行了详细的功能分析,新系统有效克服了原控制策略的缺点,成功应用于300MW机组,数年连续运行证明其调节品质明显优于传统控制策略。
The current status of large-scale unit temperature control system in China is introduced, and the shortcomings and deficiencies are pointed out. Based on the state vector method, the control strategy of DCS temperature and temperature prediction control system is redesigned and organized, and the sub-modules in the state vector are analyzed in detail.
