On March 29th,2008 the 40 000 t/a polyoxymethylene (POM) project of Shanghai Bluestar Chemical New Material Plant (Shanghai Bluestar) was completed and went on stream in Pudong New Area.Shanghai.The project is the company’s first-phase POM project,and the second-phase 60000 t/a POM project with a total investment of more than RMB 1.2 billion was launched in 2007.(CCR 2007,No,18)
