肝星状细胞(HSC)是肝窦Disse腔内的一种间质细胞,在肝纤维化的发生发展中起核心作用。IH764-3是中国科学院血液病研究所从丹参中分离提取的一种有效单体(分子量为158)[1],我们观察它对体外培养的大鼠HSC增殖的影响及其可能机制。
Hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) are interstitial cells in the hepatic sinusoid Disse lumen and play a central role in the development of hepatic fibrosis. IH764-3 is an effective monomer (molecular weight 158) extracted from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae by the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Sciences [1]. We observed its effect on the proliferation of HSC cultured in vitro and its possible mechanism.
