为了解铸造粉尘对作业工人的肺部损害程度,对某铸造分厂的生产环境的粉尘浓度、分散度和游离sio-2含量进行了测定,并对84名作业人进行胸部X线和肺功能检查。发现铸造作业工人的肺功能各指标实测值均显著低于对照组,胸部X线表现主要为肺门影增大增密、类圆形小阴影和肺纹理增多。揭示该铸造分厂作业场所粉尘危害较严重,应加强治理。
In order to understand the degree of lung damage caused by foundry dust to workers, the dust concentration, dispersity and free sio-2 content in a foundry’s production environment were measured. Eighty-four workers performed chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests an examination. It was found that the measured values of each index of foundry workers’ lung function were significantly lower than that of the control group. The chest X-ray showed mainly the increase of the hilar shadow, the small circular shadow and the increase of the lung texture. Reveal the foundry factory dust hazards more serious workplace, should strengthen governance.
