简要分析了大化肥装置气化炉渣油进料泵原系统存在的问题,介绍西门子变频器在渣油进料泵变频节能改造中的应用情况。对比发现,变频节能改造效果显著,机泵故障率大幅降低,提高了化肥装置生产过程的安全性和可靠性,是石油化工、氮肥等高能耗行业挖潜改造、节能降耗的有效途径之一。 This paper briefly analyzes the existing problems in the original system of the residue feed pump in the gasifier of the large-scale fertilizer plant, and introduces the application of Siemens frequency converter in the energy-saving retrofit of the residue feed pump. The comparison shows that the effect of energy-saving by frequency conversion is remarkable, the failure rate of the pump is greatly reduced, and the safety and reliability of the fertilizer production process are improved. Therefore, it is one of the effective ways to tap the potential of high-energy-consumption industries such as petrochemical and nitrogen fertilizer and save energy and reduce consumption.
