1975年5月我州发生一起食物中毒,经现场流行病学调查及实验室鉴定,认为是由“非典型蜡样芽胞杆菌”引起的食物中毒,现报告如下: 一、流行病学特征1.发病情况:五月七日晚社员请客会餐。会餐者来自8个生产队,共103人,发病90人,中毒率87.3%。据90例的统计年龄最小者一岁,最大者六十岁,其中男性39例,女性51例。2.潜伏期:据69例调查统计,潜伏期最短的30分钟(1例),最长的12小时(1例),其中以2~5小时最多,共57例,占82.26%。
