顿巴斯井下采煤是在矿井采深和瓦斯涌出量不断增加,各种瓦斯动力现象的次数增多,岩石温度、地压和产尘量升高的条件下发展起来的。 尽管开采的矿山地质条件不断恶化,但该煤田的生产工伤和职业病却在不断地减少。 分析第11个五年计划中矿井不幸事故的原因表明,在大多数场合下(90.4%)它们都是由组织上的原因所决定的。由于自动化机器和机组的研制与应用并把保证劳动安全的检测功能赋予自动化系统,可以把人员从最危险的采矿生产地带撤出来,这样就可以进一步减少工伤。
The underground coal mining in Donbass has been developed under the conditions of deep mining and gas emission, various times of gas dynamic phenomena, rock temperature, ground pressure and dust production. Despite the deteriorating geological conditions in mined mines, the number of work-related injuries and occupational diseases in the coal fields is declining. The analysis of the causes of mine misfortune in the 11th 5-year plan shows that in most cases (90.4%) they are all determined by organizational reasons. With the development and application of automated machines and units and the automation of systems that provide labor-safety detection capabilities, personnel can be evacuated from the most dangerous mining areas so that further work-related injuries can be reduced.
