在长征系列发动机主泵试验系统现有的基础上经局部改造而建造了燃料节流阀试验系统。利用长征系列发动机主泵作为动力源,提高其转速,解决了燃料节流阀试验要求的高扬程、高背压等技术难题。设计改进了控制高压供气系统。在高入口压力下对节流阀的性能进行了成功试验。动态特性参数的测得为燃料节流阀工作特性的深入研究提供了有效依据。
In the long march series of engine main pump test system on the existing basis of the partial transformation of the construction of the fuel throttle test system. The use of the Long March engine main pump as a power source to increase its speed, to solve the fuel throttle test requirements of high lift, high back pressure and other technical problems. Design improved control of high pressure air supply system. The throttle valve performance was successfully tested at high inlet pressure. The measurement of dynamic characteristic parameters provides an effective basis for further study on the operating characteristics of fuel throttle.
