目的 探讨霍奇金淋巴瘤治疗后发生非霍奇金淋巴瘤的病理类型、生物学行为及临床治疗与病理的关系。方法 结合文献回顾性分析肿瘤医院 1983～ 1992年收治的 4例霍奇金淋巴瘤治疗后发生非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床及病理资料。结果 4例患者治疗前均为霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,但在放射治疗和化疗过程中或治疗结束后 ,病变演变为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,其临床表现也与相应的病理类型相符。结论 霍奇金淋巴瘤放射治疗或化疗后可以发生非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,霍奇金淋巴瘤与非霍奇金淋巴瘤可以同时发生。
Objective To investigate the pathological type, biological behavior, clinical treatment and pathology of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Methods The clinical and pathological data of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed in 4 cases of Hodgkin’s lymphoma treated in Cancer Hospital from 1983 to 1992. Results All the four patients were Hodgkin ’s lymphoma before treatment. However, during or after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the lesions evolved into non - Hodgkin’ s lymphoma and their clinical manifestations were also consistent with the corresponding pathological types. Conclusions Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma can occur after Hodgkin lymphoma radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Hodgkin’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma can occur simultaneously.
