我国原油 80 %以上属于石蜡基原油 ,适合生产高等级道路沥青的稠油资源相对较少。而辽河油田曙一区超稠原油密度大 ( ρ2 0 =0 .9977g .cm- 3) ,粘度很大 (υ1 0 0 =12 2 3 .9mm2 .s- 1 ) ,碳氢比高 ,无汽油馏分 ,柴油馏分收率仅为 7.19% ,其性质类似一般原油的渣油馏分。此原油蜡含量低 ,胶质和沥青质含量高 ,属低硫环烷基原油 ,是生产道路沥青的优质原料。而辽河油田现将此油经乳化后作烧火油使用。但是由于此油粘度极大 ,乳化后不易雾化 ,燃烧并不充分。为合理利用此石油资源 ,缓解当前我国高等级道路沥青供不应求的局面 ,我们采用辽河油田曙一区超稠原油作原料 ,选取炼厂贫蜡富芳废油作改性剂 ,可调合研制出符合GB5 0 0 92 -96标准的各种牌号的重交通道路沥青。并就调合沥青和国内外 4种沥青性质作了比较。实验结果表明 ,调合沥青具有优越的低温性能和耐热老化性能
More than 80% of China’s crude oil belongs to paraffinic crude oil, and relatively heavy oil resources suitable for producing high-grade road asphalt are relatively few. However, the density of super-thick crude oil in Shu-1 area of Liaohe Oilfield is large (ρ2 0 = 0.9977g · cm-3) and the viscosity is very high (υ1 0 0 = 12 2 3 .9mm2 .s-1) Fraction, the yield of diesel fraction is only 7.19%, the nature of the residue similar to the general crude oil fractions. This crude oil wax content is low, gum and asphaltene content, is a low-sulfur naphthenic crude oil, is the production of road asphalt quality raw materials. The Liaohe oil field is now used for cooking oil after emulsification. However, due to the extreme viscosity of this oil, emulsification is not easy to atomization, combustion is not sufficient. In order to make rational use of this petroleum resource and alleviate the current shortage of high-grade road asphalt in our country, we adopt the super-thick crude oil of Shushu District Liaohe Oilfield as the raw material, Meet the GB5 0 0 92 -96 standards of various grades of heavy traffic asphalt road. The properties of four kinds of asphalt at home and abroad were compared. The experimental results show that blending asphalt has excellent low temperature performance and heat aging resistance
