用 θ- θ液态金属 X射线衍射仪研究了 Fe- 4 .30 C共晶合金的液态结构。结果表明 ,温度在 12 0 0~ 14 0 0℃范围内时 ,液态 Fe- 4 .30 C共晶合金原子间的最近邻距离为 0 .2 5 9~ 0 .2 6 0 nm。径向分布函数的高斯分解曲线表明 :液态 Fe- 4 .30 C共晶合金在 12 0 0℃具有类似面心立方结构的特征。采用回转振荡粘度仪测试的结果表明 :随着温度的降低 ,该合金的粘度有规律地增加 ;而且在115 0℃ (熔点附近 ) ,粘度变化异常。这种异常与碳聚集成石墨原子团有关。
The liquid structure of Fe-4.30C eutectic alloy was investigated by θ-θ liquid metal X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the nearest neighbor distance between liquid Fe-4 .30 C eutectic alloy atoms is from 0.259 to 0.260 nm at a temperature in the range of 1200 ~ 1400 ℃. The Gaussian decomposition curve of the radial distribution function shows that the liquid Fe-4 .30 C eutectic alloy has a face-centered cubic structure at 1200 ℃. The results of the rotary vibration viscometer show that the viscosity of the alloy increases regularly with the decrease of the temperature, and the viscosity changes abnormally at 115 0 ℃ (near the melting point). This anomaly is related to the aggregation of carbon into graphite radicals.
