考察莽吉柿胶囊对高脂血症家兔脂质水平和血液流变学的影响。试验分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、阳性对照药血脂康胶囊组(200mg/kg)及莽吉柿胶囊低剂量组(30mg/kg)、中剂量组(60mg/kg)、高剂量组(120mg/kg)6组。对照组动物饲以常规饲料,其余组动物均饲以高胆固醇饲料。共给药6周(正常对照组、高脂模型组除外)。每周称量动物体重1次。每2周耳缘静脉取血,测定血清中血清总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TC/HDL-C)、TC和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。给药周期结束,心脏取血,测定全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞压积;并测定肝组织中TC和甘油三酯(TG)。结果,与正常组比较,模型组家兔血清LDL-C、TC和TC/HDL-C等明显增加,差异显著(P<0.05);与模型组比较,莽吉柿胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组的全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度和血浆黏度均降低;全血高切黏度和红细胞压积明显降低;血清中TC、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C和TG降低;肝脏中TC和TG降低,肝脏系数明显减小。高剂量组血清中TC/HDL-C明显降低,降低TC和LDL-C的强度优于阳性对照药组(P<0.05)。莽吉柿胶囊预防性给药可明显抑制家兔实验性高脂血症的形成,改善实验性高脂血症家兔的血液流变学特性。
To investigate the effect of Mangji capsule on the lipid level and hemorheology in rabbits with hyperlipidemia. The experiment was divided into normal control group, high fat model group, positive control Xuezhikang capsule group (200mg / kg) and Mangji capsule low dose group (30mg / kg), middle dose group (60mg / kg) (120 mg / kg) 6 groups. Animals in the control group were fed conventional diets and the remaining animals were fed high cholesterol diet. At the end of the administration period, blood was taken from the heart, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit were measured. TC and triglyceride (TG) in liver tissue were measured. Results Compared with the normal group, the serum LDL-C, TC and TC / HDL-C in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, Mangjiu Capsule high dose group, medium dose Low-cut group, low-cut group, low-cut whole blood viscosity, cutaneous whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased; whole blood high shear viscosity and hematocrit decreased significantly; serum TC, LDL-C, TC / HDL-C and TG Decreased; liver TC and TG decreased, liver coefficient decreased significantly. TC / HDL-C in serum of high-dose group was significantly lower, and the intensity of TC and LDL-C was lower than that of positive control group (P <0.05). Prophylactic administration of Mangji capsule can significantly inhibit the formation of experimental hyperlipidemia in rabbits and improve the hemorheological properties of rabbits with experimental hyperlipidemia.
