1. The magazine publishes four issues throughout the year (issued at the end of each quarter), in which a project album is organized. 2. Organize a network exchange activities - South face technology exchange meeting. 3. Actively organize the organization and compilation of “the latest water conservancy and hydropower construction manual” (tentative name). 4. To organize 1 ~ 2 (beginning, intermediate) science and technology information system computer application training class. 5. To establish a national water conservancy and hydropower construction technology information network “database ” of the reservoir preparation.
