永磁电机在胜利油田分公司海洋采油厂的应用情况表明,永磁电动机在抽油机上应用具有启动转矩大、效率高、功率因数高、节电效果好等优点,但在应用过程中也发现部分永磁电机功率因数偏低,能耗比正常水平偏高等问题。本文分析了负载率、电压变化对永磁同步电机功率因数的影响,通过试验得出了抽油机永磁电机工作的最佳电压值(临界反电势点),提出了目前在抽油机上调整永磁同步电机反电势点存在的难点问题并提出了解决办法,取得了较好的节电效果。

In this paper, the influence of load and voltage on the power factor of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. The optimum voltage (critical back electromotive force point) of pumping permanent magnet motor is obtained by experiment. PMSM back EMF point of the existing problems and proposed solutions to obtain a better energy-saving effect.
