在素质教育的研究中,专家认为:“素质是人在先天条件下,通过后天的教育训练和环境影响形成的比较稳固的、且在比较长时间内起作用的基本品质。”素质教育其实就是培养学生形成良好思想品质的过程,其宗旨在于提高学生的道德素质,铸造学生的道德人格,实现理想的道德境界。道德内化,是指学生按照思想品质的要求,转化为自身行动的过程。将素质教育与道德内化结合起来,是理论联系实际的完美统一,是新课程理念下教育方针的最好体现。因此,突出素质教育中的“道德内化”过程,是培养中学生良好道德素质的关键所在。
In the study of quality education, experts think: “Quality is the basic quality that people form under the innate condition through the education and training acquired by the day after tomorrow and the environmental impact, and they work for a long time.” In fact, it is to train students to form a good ideological quality process, whose purpose is to improve the moral quality of students, casting students’ moral personality, to achieve the ideal of moral realm. Internalization of morality refers to the process by which students transform themselves into actions according to the requirements of ideological quality. The combination of quality education and moral internalization is the perfect unity of theory and practice and the best manifestation of the education policy under the new curriculum concept. Therefore, highlighting the process of “internalization of morality” in quality education is the key to cultivating good moral quality of middle school students.
