2009年,艾瑞咨询和某电子商务服务商联合发布了电子商务行业首份《中国电子商务从业人员职业发展及薪酬研究报告》,指出中国电子商务行业人才缺口将持续走高,预示着电子商务专业人才就业市场宽广。然而,2009年由“麦可思—中国大学生就业研究课题组”撰写的《2009年中国大学生<就业报告>》显示,毕业半年后仍未就业人数最多的专业,就包括电子商务专业。为何会出现这种矛盾现象呢?笔者认为,我国高校输出人才与企业需求不能有效对接是主要的原因。
In 2009, iResearch and an e-commerce service provider jointly released the first “Research Report on Career Development and Remuneration of E-Commerce Professionals in China” in the e-commerce industry, noting that the talent gap in China’s e-commerce industry will continue to rise, which indicates that e-commerce major Talent employment market is broad. However, in 2009, the “2009 China University Students Employment Report” authored by the “Magcius-China University Graduate Employment Research Team” showed that the professional who still did not get the most employment after six months in graduation, including e-commerce. Why is there such a paradox? I believe that the output of China’s universities and business needs can not be an effective docking is the main reason.
