数字式超声波探伤仪具有智能化、调试简便、灵敏度高、可对缺陷波形储存、打印等诸多优点,特别是需要用端点衍射法测定缺陷自身高度时,必须使用数字式探伤仪,才能满足要求。目前,数字式超声波在我国各地锅炉压力容器检验单位已逐步普及应用。笔者使用数字式超声波探伤仪多年,对如何正确设置有关技术参数、调试和使用国产PXUT-280型数字式超声波探伤仪,积累了一些经验体会和工作实例,现叙述如下:
