加速模拟试车对航空发动机研制、延寿是一个很有用的工具,存在的关键技术问题之一是对加速系数的估算。本文根据损伤线性叠加原理以及强度储备相等的原则提出了由持久强度、低周疲劳、接触应力、高周疲劳决定寿命的零组件的加速系数估算方法。并提出了增加加速模拟试车中可调整参数的数目以增大整机加速系数。提出了根据最小二乘法确定整机最大加速系数的求法,即决定发动机寿战的薄弱零部件的加速系数与整机予定加速系数之间平方差为最小。文中给出了计算实例。
Accelerated simulation test Aeroengine development, life extension is a very useful tool, one of the key technical problems is the estimation of the acceleration factor. Based on the principle of linear superposition of damage and the principle of equal strength reserve, this paper presents a method to estimate the acceleration coefficient of a component whose lifetime is determined by long-term strength, low cycle fatigue, contact stress and high cycle fatigue. And it is proposed to increase the number of adjustable parameters in acceleration simulation test to increase the acceleration factor of the whole machine. The method of determining the maximum acceleration factor of the whole machine based on the least squares method is proposed. That is, the square deviation between the acceleration factor of the weak part and the acceleration factor of the whole machine that determines the longevity of the engine is minimized. The article gives a calculation example.
