本实验采用普通高温放线菌(Therm oactinomyces vulgaxis)孢子混悬液给SD大鼠气管内缓慢注入,以复制过敏性肺饱炎,测定其血流动力学指标,并与对照组和注盐水组动物比较,观察大鼠肺血管反应性的变化。结果表明,肺泡炎大鼠的血流动力学指标与对照组和盐水组比较差异无显著意义;但对缺氧的肺血管收缩反应(△PVR),肺炎组(729.4±152.3kPa·s/L)明显低于盐水组(1434.8±295.1kPa·s/L)和对照组(1838.9±620.3kPa·s/L)。
In this experiment, the spleen suspension of common high-temperature actinomycete (Thermo-Octinomyces vulgaxis) was injected slowly into the trachea of SD rats to replicate allergic lung inflammation. The hemodynamic parameters were measured and compared with the control group and the saline group. Animals were compared to observe changes in pulmonary vascular reactivity in rats. The results showed that the hemodynamic parameters of alveolitis rats were not significantly different from those in the control group and the saline group; however, the pulmonary vasoconstrictive response (ΔPVR) to hypoxia and the pneumonia group were 729.4±152.3kPa·s/L. ) was significantly lower in the saline group (1434.8±295.1 kPa·s/L) and the control group (1838.9±620.3 kPa·s/L).
