UC 轧机是日本日立制作所在 HC 轧机的基础上发展起来的最新型六辊轧机,其构造特点,除利用工作辊弯曲力(F_W)和中间辊轴向移动位置(U_(C_δ))外,还利用中间辊弯辊力(F_I)控制板形,并且采用小直径工作辊。从研究中得出,F_W 只使钢板靠边部部分的凸度产生变化,而 F_I 可使整个宽板上凸度产生变化。UC 具有中间控制效果,还具有扩大F_W 和 F_I 效果的功能。所以说,UC 轧机比 HC轧机对钢板凸度控制更好。
The UC mill is the latest six-high rolling mill developed on the basis of the HC rolling mill manufactured by Hitachi, Japan. The structural characteristics of the UC mill are as follows: the work roll bending force (F_W) and the intermediate roll axial movement position (U_ (C_δ)) The use of intermediate roll bending force (F_I) control plate shape, and the use of small diameter work roll. From the study, F_W only makes the edge of the plate by the convex part of the change, and F_I can make the entire width of the convex plate changes.
