作业分层布置是从我们教学的实际需要而产生的。“吃大锅饭”和“一把尺子”量到底对大部分学生从成绩到心理品质上都会造成很大影响。分层布置作业后再分层面批,则更有利于学生健康心理和人格的培养。
Job layering is produced from the actual needs of our teaching. “Eating a big pot of rice” and “a handful of ” a ruler" will affect the majority of students from grade to psychological quality. After the layered operation is divided into layers, it is more conducive to the cultivation of students’ mental health and personality.
