创新,是每个行业的立身之本,唯有创新才能提高自己的生存能力,使自己立于不败之地。传媒业作为智力密集型产业,创新是永恒的主题,已成为各报纸媒体差异化竞争的不二法宝,也是引导观众“必看”的重要驱动力。创新应该是立体化的层次报纸创新包括理念、组织结构、内容、报道方式以及体制机制的创新,甚至还包括发展战略的创新等。传统报纸原先只是单一的内容提供商,如何延伸产品结构,从单一产品向多介质、多媒体产品延伸,完善产品链,也是着眼于未来数字化生存的必然选择。
