作者报道了电穿孔可以诱发HeLa细胞凋亡 ,采用Giemsa染料、吖啶橙染色及Hoechst33342 ,PI双染的荧光染色 ,研究了电穿孔对HeLa细胞凋亡的影响 .以HeLa细胞和胎儿脐带血淋巴细胞为材料 ,进行了电穿孔提高抗癌药物细胞毒性的研究 ,为电化学疗法在体内实验的可行性提供了依据 .
The authors reported that electroporation can induce apoptosis in HeLa cells and the effect of electroporation on apoptosis of HeLa cells was studied by Giemsa staining, acridine orange staining and Hoechst33342, PI double staining.With HeLa cells and fetal umbilical cord hemolymph Cells as materials, the electroporation to improve the anticancer drug cytotoxicity studies for the electrochemical therapy in vivo experiments provided the basis for the feasibility.
