员工对情境的个体知觉是他们作出流动决策的基础。本文认为,根据知觉与流动的关系,引入员工满意度作为中介变量,创建解释员工流动机理的传导链,是使用认知能力测评技术修正个体知觉偏差的可能性前提;构建员工流动研究模型,并以此为指导进行员工知觉管理是管理者进行员工流动控制的主要工作内容。
Employee perceptions of the situation are the basis for their decision making.
