目的:了解中医诊疗器械清洗消毒质量现状,以便改进中医诊疗器械清洗消毒方法,有效预防院内交叉感染。方法:采用实地考察和问卷调查的方式,对开设有中医诊疗项目的20家医院的中医诊疗器械清洗消毒质量进行调查,并制定和实施规范的中医诊疗器械清洗消毒方法。结果:通过规范中医诊疗器械清洗消毒的方法,保证消毒灭菌质量,满足临床工作需要,有效预防院内交叉感染。结论:医院中医诊疗器械的清洗消毒质量存在问题,通过规范的清洗消毒方法,对预防院内感染起到积极的作用。 OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of cleaning and disinfection quality of TCM diagnostic and therapeutic equipment in order to improve the method of cleaning and disinfection of TCM diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, and to effectively prevent hospital cross-infection. Methods: By means of field investigation and questionnaire survey, the quality of cleaning and disinfection of TCM medical devices in 20 hospitals with TCM diagnosis and treatment projects were investigated and standardized methods of cleaning and disinfection of TCM medical devices were developed. Results: By standardizing the method of cleaning and disinfection of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment, the quality of disinfection and sterilization can be guaranteed, and the need of clinical work can be met and the cross-infection in hospital can be effectively prevented. Conclusion: There are some problems in the quality of cleaning and disinfection of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) equipment in hospitals. Through the standardized cleaning and disinfection methods, it plays a positive role in preventing nosocomial infections.
