报道了采用准波导腔的声光调QCO2激光器。在激光器腔长为515mm和700mm的条件下,所获得的激光脉冲最大峰值功率分别为1100W和2050W,最小脉宽为100ns,脉冲重复频率为0~300kHz。对激光器的速率方程进行了计算,其结果与实验值基本符合。
The acousto-optic QCO2 laser with a quasi-waveguide cavity is reported. Under the laser cavity length of 515mm and 700mm, the maximum peak power of the laser pulse is 1100W and 2050W respectively, the minimum pulse width is 100ns and the pulse repetition frequency is 0 ~ 300kHz. The rate equations of the laser were calculated and the results were in good agreement with the experimental data.
