2012年11月16日,卫生部、农业部联合发布食品安全国家标准《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB2763-2012),该标准自2013年3月1日起实施,此前涉及食品中农药最大残留限量的6项国家标准和10项农业行业标准将同时废止。新标准制定322种农药在10大类农产品和食品中2293个残留限量,是我国监管食品中农药残留唯一强制性国家标准,基本涵盖我国居民日常消费主要农产品。新标准中,蔬菜、水果、茶叶等鲜食农产品农药最大残留限量数量最多,其中,蔬菜中农药残留限量915个,水果中664个,茶叶中25个,食用菌中17个。
On November 16, 2012, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture jointly released the national food safety standard “Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods” (GB2763-2012), which came into force on March 1, 2013, after involving the largest number of pesticides in food 6 national standards and 10 agricultural industry standards will be repealed at the same time.
