1997—1～1998—6,我科采用中药内服与中西药物保留灌肠,治疗38例慢性结肠炎患者,收到满意效果,现报告如下:l 一般资料 本组男22例、女16例,年龄最小16岁,最大72岁,病程最短三个月,最长12年,本组病例均全部作乙状结肠镜,肛镜检查。轻度病变:为12例,湿热型7例,肝脾不和型3例,脾肾阳虚型2例。中度病变:为17例,湿热型6例,肝脾不和型7例,脾肾阳虚型4例。重度病变:为9例,湿热型3例,肝脾不和型4例。脾肾阳虚2例。

Moderate lesions: 17 cases, 6 cases of damp heat type, liver and spleen discomfort in 7 cases, 4 cases of spleen deficiency. Severe lesions: 9 cases, 3 cases of damp-heat type, hepatosplenomegaly and type 4 cases. Spleen and kidney yang in 2 cases.
