目的 :探讨面神经麻痹面肌运动点的兴奋性与运动终板次级突触间隙的关系。方法 :制作面神经麻痹模型 ,应用盐酸消化法制作口轮匝肌扫描电镜标本进行观察。结果 :压榨 10 s组次级突触间隙隙沟数量比对照侧减少而变浅。压榨 30 s组次级突触间隙隙沟明显减少和平坦。结论 :运动点失神经支配程度表明次级突触间隙病变程度 ,也表明面神经受损伤程度
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the excitability of facial muscle movement and the secondary synaptic cleft of motor end plate in patients with facial paralysis. Methods: The model of facial paralysis was made. The specimens of orbicularis oculi muscle were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The number of subglottic gap gaps in the 10 s group was lighter than that in the control group. 30 s squeeze sub-group of secondary synaptic cleft gap was significantly reduced and flat. CONCLUSIONS: The degree of denervation at exercise points indicates the degree of secondary synaptic interstitial lesions and also indicates the degree of damage to the facial nerve
