目的:比较责任制护理模式运用临床护理路径和功能制护理模式运用常规护理方法在肾穿患者中的护理效果.方法:选取2012年7月至11月在解放军总基院行肾穿刺术以明确诊断的患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(功能制护理模式组)40例和观察组(临床路径组)40例,对两组患者的基础护理服务满意率、肾穿相关知识掌握率,并发症发生率,治疗依从性、治疗积极性,以及质量控制评分进行统计及比较.结果:路径组的基础护理服务满意度、肾穿相关知识掌握率高于对照组(100％、100％ vs87.5％、62.5％),并发症发生率低于对照组(5.0％vs 22.5％),路径组的治疗依从性及治疗积极性较好者比例高于对照组(82.5％、85％ vs 62.5％、65％),路径组的质控评分高于对照组(196分 vs178分),差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:责任制整体护理模式结合临床护理路径在肾穿患者中的护理效果较好,值得在肾穿患者中进行推广.
