基本建设的整个过程都需要基建财务管理发挥作用。基建财务不是简单的出纳报账型,而是向经营管理型转变。应建立健全内部的财务管理制度,做好日常财务核算,及时掌握工程进度。根据基本建设项目流程,逐一排查项目建设各环节中的风险点,将风险点作为纪检财务内部控制的关键点,全面控制并有所侧重。
The whole process of capital construction needs infrastructure financial management to play a role. Infrastructure finance is not a simple cashier reimbursement, but a management change. Should establish and improve the internal financial management system, make daily financial accounting, timely grasp of the progress of the project. According to the flow of capital construction projects, the risk points in each link of the project construction were investigated one by one, and the risk points were taken as the key points of the financial internal control of discipline inspection with overall control and emphasis.
