含抗生素医药废水中氨氮含量偏高(≥600mg/L)对后续生化处理产生严重的影响,对生产产生的废水进行模拟研究,通过比较废水温度、气水比、吹脱时间和PH值等因素对氨氮吹脱去除率的影响,建立最优的氨氮吹脱条件指导每天100m~3/d的医药废水的工程实践,调试运行后对氨氮的处理效率稳定在85%~89%。最终经过氨氮吹脱后废水能够满足后续生化处理,整个系统运行正常稳定。
Ammonia nitrogen content in medical wastewater containing antibiotics is too high (≥600mg / L), which has a serious impact on subsequent biochemical treatment.
