在国内外一派大好形势下,在批林整风运动的推动下,我校焊接教研室、风机教研室与重庆通用机器厂共同组成三结合试验小组,对DA150-61空气压缩机叶轮,进行了以焊代铆的工艺改革试验,获得了初步成功。叶轮材料为35GrMoV钢,工作转速为12644转/分(周速约为280米/秒),最高工作温度≤170℃。材料经调质后要求保证下列性能:σ_3≥75公斤/毫米~2,δ_2≥15%,α_x≥5
